Returns and Refunds

At The Track Shack, every shirt, cap, mug, and hoodie is printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or incorrect size choices. Please refer to our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our gear. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process a replacement or refund for a defect:

  1. Email us at info@trackshack.shop.

  2. Include your order number.

  3. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

Once verified with our manufacturing partners, we will issue a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the error is on the part of our shipping carrier, we will cover the costs of a replacement.
